Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Saylo mobile application (the “App”) provided by Saylo (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Account

You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: using it for unlawful purposes; attempting to bypass usage limits or security; reverse engineering; or submitting content that infringes the rights of others.

5. AI translations

Saylo uses AI to generate translations and suggestions. Results may contain errors and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional purposes. You are responsible for how you use the output.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding text you provide) are owned by Saylo and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
